Didn’t realize that my kolher faucets were under warranty. He found the part number and phone number to kohler so I would get the parts under thier lifetime warranty. Did not for one minute feel like I was being sold on anything. Just honest and very nice to work with. Will definitely use them again for my next plumbing issue.

Now I live in a house and suddenly there is no hot water, I didn’t know what to do. I called Western New York Plumbing and Mike came quickly, after solving the problem, Mike explained why there is no hot water and he showed me what to do next time. I was so thankful.
